Angel's Face Ballet Skirt

This pretty tutu style skirt is made from subtle layers of tulle. With less frou-frou and frills than the signature style tutu, it's embellished with an all-over star print in a black flock and delicate gold glitter. The narrow waistband is comfortable to wear and will grow with little waists.
